Erik Todd Dellums, voice actor of Fallout 3’s Galaxy News Radio DJ Three Dog, sent out a pair of tweets yesterday suggesting that he may be reprising his role in the future.
Furthermore Dellums has stated that Bethesda has given him the greenlight to make the tease of twitter, suggesting that Bethesda may not stay hush hush about Fallout related news for much longer. Although one may naturally assume that these rumors are referring to Fallout 4 brewing, the tease may refer to any sort of Fallout related media. Dellums did retweet a fan that suggested a Fallout movie to be a possibility after all.
Back in August there were rumors that the next Fallout would take place in Boston. However, please note that this rumor was sourced to an anonymous Reddit poster, so it’s up to you to decide how credible it is.
“The rumors are true, Fallout 4 will take place in Boston. In case you haven’t heard, Bethesda has recently been scoping out and researching Boston. They also have a strong connection to MIT. I may or may not be an MIT employee. But that’s really all I can say for fear of losing my job. I am telling you it will take place in Boston.”
According to Fallout lore, the Fallout universe equivalent to Massachusetts is “The Commonwealth.” In a Fallout 3 sidequest named “The Replicated Man” players run into Dr. Zimmer, a scientist from The Commonwealth and describes it to be “a war-ravaged quagmire of violence and despair.” Dr. Zimmer also refers to a placed called “The Institute” which one can assume is a futuristic head-nod to MIT, where Zimmer and his colleagues have created Androids that have broken free into the city.

Reinstalling FNV because I’ve dreamt about it three nights running and I can’t get it out of my head when I’m awake. First time through I played with cheats and no mods, so I’m gonna switch that around this time.
So: mod suggestions? Texture packs, weather/lighting, PC appearance stuff, practical armor/weapon additions, and bug fix patches are all welcome. Nothing that changes the base game or makes it easier, no added quests or companions (unless it’s restoring cut content), absolutely no terrible voices recorded in someone’s bedroom on a shitty headset mic.
